I’m Jessica (but you can call me Jess), and I’ve spent the last 20+ years helping women build strength, confidence, and wellbeing through life transitions.
Early in my career, I taught postnatal dance and fitness classes and watched women bombarded with “get your body back” messaging during one of the most vulnerable seasons of their lives, when what they really needed was support, community, and movement that helped them feel strong again.
That experience shaped everything I believe about fitness and wellbeing: it should help you feel more like your best self, not a “fix-it” or “improvement” project.
From building and leading an award-winning dance and fitness studio to coaching women in health, wellness and leadership, I’ve worked with thousands of women all over the world, supporting them through changing bodies and lives, shifting energy and identities, and burnout and fresh-starts.
Now, as the wellness industry capitalizes on perimenopause and menopause, I’m seeing the same tired pattern show up again: fear-based messaging, trendy fixes, and “must-have” promises that don’t hold up to research.
Honestly? I call B.S.

- Extensive training and certifications across a wide range of formats, including Pilates, barre, yoga fusion, strength training, women’s fitness, core + pelvic floor, and dance.
