Yes. Workouts are levelled, and I offer clear cueing and options so you can start where you are and build from there.

What equipment do I need?
Most workouts use simple, common equipment—and you can also filter workouts by equipment needed. Here’s what comes up most often:

  • Yoga or Pilates mat
  • 7–9 inch Pilates ball
  • Extra light weights (1–5 lbs)
  • Resistance bands
  • Dumbbells (a set of light 5–10 lb, medium 8–15 lb, and heavy 15–30 lb, based on your current strength)
  • Yoga blocks

How often do you add new workouts?
