Stretch & Flow is your recovery-focused program for midlife bodies that want to feel more open, less stiff, and better supported day to day.
Each session blends mobility work, stretching, and yoga-inspired flow with a calm, grounded pace. You’ll move through the areas that commonly feel tight or sore in midlife, like hips, back, shoulders, and neck, with plenty of options to meet your body where it’s at.
Stretch & Flow supports you with:
